These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.empowertransformgrow.co.uk and any services purchased from Rachel Evans, trading as 2 Inspire You. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
About the Services
2 Inspire You offers tarot readings, coaching and related spiritual services. Readings are delivered in person or via messenger.
Booking and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
- Payment is taken via sumup.
- Prices are as stated on the website at the time of booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If I need to cancel your appointment, I will offer you a full refund or an alternative date.
- If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice than this may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at my discretion.
- No refunds will be given once a reading has been delivered in full.
Rescheduling
I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please give at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Conduct
I reserve the right to end a session at any time if a client is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.empowertransformgrow.co.uk, including text, images, and recordings, is the property of Rachel Evans / 2 Inspire You and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
Sessions may not be recorded by the client without my prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call a crisis helpline. Readings, shadow work and coaching sessions are not a form of therapy or counselling.
